Back again
Well here I am again after too long a break.
Things have been fairly busy here between on thing and another.
Sisters wedding is looming all booked for going away it’s just gettting booked for coming back now. Looking like we’re coming back on the Monday after the Wedding so just need to rearrange that. Martin should be coming back with us :D which I’m really looking forward to. The wedding will be over two days, the Humanist service on the Friday night with the Kirky blessing the day after. Woody booked into cattery so I hope that he enjoys his hols. Next week will be V E T time for him so jabs and a check up to make sure he’s doing fine.
Still need to get organised for the Orkney wedding but really looking forward to that as well :D.
Before we go away I’ll be quiet busy. On Friday we have, or rather had, a meeting with the Chief Executive of Scottish Water. Something has now cropped up so he will now not be attending and instead we shall be meeting with the Customer Service Delivery Director (where do they get these names from!?) and the Director of Communications. We shall see how this goes and see if we can get any sense out them as to what they are thinking.
It was Mams birthday on Sunday so we had a family get together on Saturday. Very enjoyable. I made Chocolate Cheesecake for the occasion (seems to be my thing these days, making Cheesecake lol). Mam had a great time which was really good to see.
This weekend MLS and I are heading down to Bigton to learn Spinning this weekend really excited about it. I’ll probably hankering after getting a wheel afterwards. Been looking forward to it for a long while now so hope that I can make the whole weekend and not just the Saturday.

Poor Woody, I feel for him. My annual stick meresin is nearly due. We don’t like it you know. We only put up with it ‘cos we know you bipeds would worry about us else.
Thanks Taddoe. We’re not going away until 9th August but I’m still getting really excited about it.
FC - We always give him a nice food treat afterwards and lots of pets and cuddles (avoiding his jab area). Unfortuntaly for him when we get back he’ll need frontlined and wormed :S Can I ask advice on how you like to take tablets when you HAVE to?

You can get a sort of pill-shooter from the v.e.t. (shudder) which the biped can shove down poor kitty’s throat with the pill held in a little gripper. Its like a miniature version of those long-handled grabbers people in shops have to reach difficult purrlaces!
Also, fpu has taken to kneeling on the floor and gripping Marmers between her thighs whilst administering pills. It’s quite effective…
I do not require such extreme methods
